BEDDING AND DECOR
Because all of our bedding and decor items are made to order, we can only accept returns if the product is either not made to the clients specifications indicated on your Order Form, or due to poor workmanship.

Should this be the case, please email us at info@rileyandfox.com with your order number and a description of the problem, we will arrange to have the product collected, and a replacement supplied as quickly as possible.

REFUNDS

Please note that refund on personalized items, such as personal details, names ect. on the products refund will not be provided unless items are refunded due to poor workmanship. 
We reserve the right to delay refunding payment for returned goods until they are safely back with us or evidence of return is provided and has been checked into our work room.
Items should be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days from receipt of item by us and evidence of the return is provided.
We will process the refund directly into your bank account. If you would like to check on the progress of your refund please email info@rileyandfox.com​

While every effort is made to represent color accurately, every monitor is different and we cannot guarantee the colors you see match the colors of actual Product and Fabric - In this case no refund will be given if the actual product's color does not match the color of your monitor. Please read our Terms & Conditions for more information on our exchange policy.
