These terms and conditions apply to all products purchased from Riley and Fox, and to the use of this website. By accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. From time to time we may need to amend our Terms and Conditions so please check before making a new purchase.

HOW TO ORDER

By placing an order you can request an order form via sales@rileyandfox.com, once order form has been completed and send back a quotation will be drafted according to you order form. Your order will be confirmed upon payment of our required 50% deposit before order is being processed. 

ORDER LEAD TIMES

Our nursery and kids bedding is custom-made to order, and as such, each item is individually hand crafted to our client's specifications. Our lead time for our orders are 4-8 weeks. During lockdown leads times may be delayed due to stock limitations on fabric and staff members availability (Covid Regulations Protocol) However we try our utmost best not to delay the process any further. Therefore providing an average time frame as to when you order will be received.

Should you require your order sooner, we require a 20% RUSH ORDER FEE, to speed up the process. The Fee is payable because of the time frame needed to be advanced and that requires more processing hours. FORMS OF PAYMENT/PAYMENT TERMS

We only accept payment via EFT as we do not have an online sales website. 

An Order Confirmation is valid for 14 days, after which it will be cancelled if payment has not been made.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Prices exclude courier charges. Courier charges depends on size of order and delivery destination and is  payable before delivery commences. 

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, Riley and Fox cannot be held responsible for any loss/theft incurred as a result of this error. Riley and Fox can also not be held responsible for any non-delivery or delays in shipping or courier due to external postal or courier strikes, or delays.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase due to poor workmanship or quality, you may return it within 7 days and we will replace it with another as soon as possible. 

CANCELLATION

Any order for fabric or bedding may be cancelled prior to payment. Once payment has been received for an order, cancellation of that order will be liable for a 20% handling/admin fee.
Bespoke or customized orders are exempt from our cancellation policy.

PRIVACY

We value our customers and respect your privacy. We recognize that privacy of personal information is important to individuals, and that’s why we minimize the collection of personal information for our business purposes and ensure the accuracy and security of such information. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Because of the nature of our business, it is necessary for us to obtain personal information about you from time to time. We will however not be unduly intrusive nor obtain or use information in an inappropriate manner. We will only ask for and use personal information we reasonably need to conduct our business. The type of information we collect about you depends on how you use this website. For example, if you decide to sign up to receive further product or request a brochure, we will collect your name, address, e-mail address, contact phone number(s) and give you the option to provide further details to allows us to tailor the information to suit your needs better. We will only collect the information that you enter onto an online form and submit your request. In other words, if you do not submit your request, any information that you had entered is automatically deleted. It is important for us that all our customers have confidence that we handle information responsibly and it is our policy to do this. Riley and Fox may make changes to this privacy policy from time to time for any reason. We will publish our changes on our website at www.rileyandfox.com If you have a complaint about the way in which your personal information is being handled by us, please do not hesitate to email info@rileyandfox.com. We may provide third party links to other websites or resources. These are provided purely as a matter of convenience and we do not endorse the contents of those websites. We are not responsible for the availability of these websites, nor will we be liable in any way for any loss or damage that you may suffer by using those websites. If you decide to access linked third party websites you do so at your own risk.

CONFORMITY

Every care is taken to try and ensure that the price of your product is that applicable at the time of purchase. Prices are inclusive of VAT at the rate applicable at the time of purchase. Sale prices are available only while stocks last.
From time to time an error in prices may occur on our website or on our Price Lists. If any price appears to be incorrect please call us on e-mail us at sales@rileyandfox.com to check it. We cannot honor any price which is obviously incorrect even if we have in error confirmed your order on the basis of the incorrect price.

Prices listed are for our standard sizes only. Should customization on sizes be required, prices may differ. please send us an email at sales@rileyandfox.com to query pricing on custom made sizes. 

IMAGES AND DESCRIPTIONS

We have taken reasonable precautions to try to ensure that information on the Website is correct and that all products have been fairly described. We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, from time to time as part of our continual improvement policy specifications may be subject to change.

Specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. We reserve the right to amend specifications without prior notice, however please be assured any amendments will only benefit you and ensure you receive a better quality product.
All measurements are approximate and intended as a guide only.
Images are for illustrative purposes only. The colour reproduction is a close representation; we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. As such the colour image may not be an exact representation of the product when it arrives.
While every effort is made to represent colors accurately, every monitor is different and we cannot guarantee the colors you see match the colors of the actual fabrics - kindly confirm the pantone colour of that product should you wish to confirm the correct colour when printing. 
As images are for illustrative purposes only, the images may not be exactly as the current actual product so if you have specific concerns or requirements and would like further information regarding the specification, please email info@rileyandfox.com and we will be happy to assist you further.

Please note shrinkage is also probable when printing as we work with 100% Cotton Fabrics. Although we ensure sizes are correct all items are handmade and therefore sizes may slightly differ. Some fabrics may have small print/ink marks visible due to the printing process, small marks cannot be reprinted. Reprints are done when the fabric is not usable. Quality checks are done upon receipt of fabric to ensure you get the best quality and items.
